Is it possible to add the retainage % at the requisition entry stage

I am looking to find a way to add the Retainage amount at the requisition creation stage. Currently it is added at the PO Creation stage.

We are looking at auto releasing PO's that are below a certain $ value once the requisition is approved. We realized there may be some PO's created from an CPA Agreement with retainage, so we need to make sure the retainage is entered.

We want the requester to add the retainage amount at the requisition line level so that it populates the field when creating the PO.

Current process:
