Unable to hide refer candidate fields in redwood opportunity marketplace

Team, on the refere canidate page there are many fields. I am able to see how to hide the entire sections in express mode but I cannot see where to select specific fields. This seems to be the case on many other pages in other modules as well. We can see regions but not fields to set properties on.
