How to mass update user Job role in CX Sales?

Summary:

we have plenty of users where their security job role was added manually, right now we have some changes that we need to update, we need to replace their role with new job role. but we would like to do it in bulk.

Example we have 7000 users with OTB job role, and we would like to replace a custom role, is there away we can do this CX Sales? this role are those manually added.
