Suspend Job Requisition setup

Hi Community,

when I suspend a Job Requisition all applications become 0 and if I remove the filter Active all applications are Rejected by Employer:

However, in another client if I suspend the job requisition the applications do not become 0 and the status do no become Rejected by Employer.

Is there a setup in order to have the different behavior?
