Do any diagnostic tests return sensitive data such as bank account information

edited Jun 24, 2024 10:16AM in Payables, Payments & Cash Management 1 comment

When reviewing the diagnostic tests available under the troubleshooting section of Oracle, I can see that there are 3 tests related to banking:

Bank Account Diagnostic Data
Bank Statement Auto Reconcilliation Diagnostic Data
Bank Statement Processing Diagnostics

Do we know if any of these 3 diagnostic tests could provide access to bank account numbers? Also, does Oracle provide a template that shows what sort of information is being generated for each diagnostic test? My experience with other diagnostic tests is that they do provide a large amount of data, and if bank accounts can be generated by running one of these tests we would need to ensure that this access is properly secured.

Howdy, Stranger!
