Tax on freight added at header level on an invoice sent from order management to receivables.

We have observed that the receivables invoice imported through Auto invoice from Order management with header level freight doesn't calculate tax on freight charges whereas when an item is created to represent freight and entered as regular line item rather than as Freight in Order Management, AR calculates tax on it.

The doc 289816.1 - How to Tax Freight Charges Sent From Order Management to Receivables only describes the process of pushing freight charges as a revenue line (line_type is 'LINE') in the RA_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL table.

How can we have the tax calculated when freight is sent in the header level.
