Public business event for Fusion PPM

Please help with public business events for triggering following notifications from OIC -

Requirements :

  1. Whenever Project Budget becomes less than 5% of the total budget, a notification to be sent to Project Manager and other stakeholders.
  2. Whenever Asset Lines are interfaced from PPM to Assets module, a notification to be sent to Fixed Asset Accountant for preparing and posting Mass Addition.
  3. Asset Details notification to be triggered and sent to Project Manager and other stakeholders once the 'Update Asset Details from Oracle Fusion Assets' program completes.
  4. Whenever Project End Date is changed, a notification should be triggered and sent to Project Manager.
