Candidate applied for job and mandatory fields are empty for some candidate

Hi,

The candidate applied for a job through a career site. Some fields are marked as mandatory. When the recruiter viewed the data, they found that some information is missing, which is mandatory to fill for the candidate. All of this happened simultaneously I mean the same time. We need to determine the reason behind it.
