how to capture roster (weekly working hours) using oracle recruiting?

Summary:

Our business are utilising Oracle Recruiting (ORC).

We have requirements that part time employees have specific hours related to each working day for their pay and entitlements.

To our understanding there is currently no means to capture the roster in the ORC job offer. We are aware that we can add the weekly working hours in the pending worker transaction, however this requires additional steps in an otherwise automatic conversion process.

We are curious how other organisations are capturing this detail, particularly those that manage payroll or scheduling processes where this detail has greater significance.
