Is there a way to enable sampling only for 'Return for Credit' RMAs?

Hello All,

We have a requirement to enable sampling only for the specific type of return orders which is 'Return for Credit'. Is there s way to achieve the same?

or if we can write some rules under the inspection plan to achieve the same?
