Error encountered when created offer letter is extended in ORC

Summary:

Candidate offer letter was created, the Approval process completed and offer letter is extended to the candidate.At this level error - "The payroll relationship assignment isn't eligible for the element Basic salary on the date 2024-05-16(PAY 1635125) "is triggering, we never faced this issue prior to 24A.Issue encountered for one Business unit only.
