Can Work Relationship Attributes DFF segments be pulled through to Recruitment?

Summary: Can Descriptive Flex Field Work Relationship Attributes segments be pulled through to Recruitment? My client has enabled a segment "Rehire Comment" on the Work Relationship Attributes (PER_PPS_DF) and now wants the information in this field to be pulled through to Recruitment whenever ex-employees re-apply for vacancies. The purpose of this DFF segment "Rehire Comment" will then be to help recruiters identify those ex-employees that should not be rehired. The data captured in "Rehire Comment" will identify those candidates.
