How to choose 'source' as 'supplier' when item is not available in alternate Inventory Orgs

Summary:

While creating a PR in RSSP, the 24B release is expected to allow the user to Shop from All Supply Sources during Catalog Shopping. So that should imply that if a particular item is unavailable in other inventory orgs. the user should be able to raise the requisition using 'Supplier' as the 'Source'.

However, during PR creation in RSSP, when I click on 'Select another source', I am only getting 'Inventory Orgs' as 'alternate sources', there is no option of choosing a 'Supplier' as a 'Source' and then enter supplier details to proceed further. Similarly, if an item has an agreement associated with it, the user can't choose a separate supplier for creating the PR.
