how to add help icon for tooltips

Hi,

I create a tooltips for the project number field as below in the expense page:

Path: Setup and Maintenance> Setup: Project Financial Management> Search Tasks: Manage Project Standard Cost Collection Flexfield>Under the Context, select “EXM: Expense Report Line” > Select Project_ID> Click on “Edit” button:

I would like to check how to add the help icon so that user is aware the message.

Expense page, when hover over the field, it populate the text. Is there a way can add the help icon?
