Redwood Performance Goals navigates to Home Page

Summary:

I have created a custom Talent Administrator role. We have enabled redwood for Talent Management.

When this role is used and navigate to Performance Goals - My Client Groups > Goals > Performance Goals

Search for worker goals, the results look fine. The moment I click on Goals hyperlink , it takes to the Home page.

I could not find any missing privilege.

Please note all redwood profiles options are enabled. The issue is faced only with the custom role
