DocuSign Integration at Offer Letter or Onaboarding Phase
Hi,
- As per my understanding, currently, there is no option to integrate DocuSign at the offer acceptance phase. Please correct me if I am wrong or if there are some workarounds available.
- We do have the flexibility to integrate DocuSign at the onboarding (checklist) phase, but this requires passing a template ID, which only brings a static document for the candidate to sign. This is most suitable for documents like NDAs, where the content of the document is static. However, offer letters are dynamic, with details such as work location and compensation varying from candidate to candidate.
- Is it possible to generate a dynamic offer letter using a single template ID? Additionally, is there any way we can display the same offer letter that the candidate accepted during the hiring process and ask them to provide their signature again on the same document using DocuSign during the onboarding process?
