Inconsistence in the search operations in RSSP

Summary:

Hi Team,

When creating the Requisition in RSSP, we observed that system has some inconsistence in the search operations.

Example:
When creating the non-catalog Requisition in RSSP or SSP page.
1) Category attribute - if you enter any part of the word of the category name then attribute LOV will list the respective category names.
eg: Category name: Adhesives, Sealants, Tape
if we search with 'Tape' in the category attribute, it will list the all Tape related category names.

2) Requester attribute - if we search with first name of the Requester name, then attribute LOV will list the respective requesters name. But if we search with last name, then attribute LOV is not listing any requester names.
