Supplier Portal: Pop-up window doesn't respond using Edge and Chrome

Description (Required):

When supplier users try to create new contacts on company profile through Supplier Portal, a pop-up window to create new contacts doesn't respond.
This occurs only on Edge and Chrome.

Because it is diffucult to control browers suppliers use, we request to fix this problem.

The client has so many suppliers and they create change requests to create their new contacts, it is inconvenient that they face this issue using the popular browers, Edge and Chrome.
