Automatic receipt generation for Cross-currency Transactions

Cross-Currency Automatic Receipt Generation.

Example : Transaction in Functional Currency. But received payment in multicurrency(other than Functional Currency) from Customer. Can we apply the Automatic Receipt for those transaction ?. Any set up is there in Oracle. If it is there Please guide me.
