Middle Orchestration Step is stuck in 'Not Started'

Summary:

Hi,

We are facing an unexpected behaviour, that after Shipment step, even if the status moved into 'Shipped' the next step is not starting.

The next step is the seeded 'Asset Management' step, and it is stuck for 1+ day in 'Not Started' Status, no error on the Sales Order.

We tried to use the workaround to see if there is any hidden HOLD, FA: SCM: OM: Order Cannot be Progressed Where the Order Line Status is Not Started - Sales Order is On Hold (Doc ID 2625047.1). but the Query returns empty.

How can we identify the root cause? do you have any workaround?
