Modified payslip Data model bursting is not working

Summary:

We are trying to achieve the requirement to send payslip for ex-employees over personal email address, Below is the custom bursting data model that we modified. the sub query in it is the Data model SQL. When we schedule the USOnlinepayslip.xdo - it is failing.. please suggest. masked our personal email id to test@example.com in below query. payroll_rel_action_id is the tag selected for both Split by and deliver by options.

when we run this custom "USOnlinepayslip.xdo" report separately, it displays the payslip pdf without any issue. but when we pass the same parameters in scheduling it is failing. please suggest
