Can we link two same negotiations, one in English and one in French.

We are working with a client that needs English and French languages as outcomes and responses from suppliers. Can we link two same negotiations, one in English and one in French with the same open date and close date?

How do we handle two language requirement sourcing in Fusion when one is created in English and fusion converts the negotiation data and item data into French if the supplier's default language is in English and then the evaluator(Collaboration team) language default is french how can we handle this requirement?
