Why are multiple change statements appearing in the statement area of the WFC cycle?

We modified the condition criteria within the manage statement groups sections a few weeks ago. The new criteria was tested and passed testing without any issues. I was notified this morning that multiple statements are being processed for associates and I can't seem to see why within the criteria. Any help or guidance would be appreciated.

Adjustment to Minimum: [Adjustment to Min] > 0 AND [Job Code] = "MNGT TNE" OR [Job Code] = "ASTMGR-RNT"

Adjustment to Minimum V2: [Adjustment to Min] > 0 AND [Job Code] != "MNGT TNE" OR [Job Code] != "ASTMGR-RNT"

Merit Increase: [Base Pay Change Amount] > 0 AND [Adjustment to Min] IsBlank AND [Job Code] = "MNGT TNE" OR [Job Code] = "ASTMGR-RNT"
