Need details on the Redwood migration plan

Hi All,
We are looking for a solution on the Supplier portal to meet our requirement. Right not we are not able to meet the feasible solution through sandbox. Need to know what is the Oracle plan to migrate the Supplier portal screens to REDWOOD ?

Requirement :Need to validate the quantity field when submitting the ASN/ASBN. It should always match with the PO line quantity. There should not be partial quantity entered on the line. Need validation on that before submitting the ASN/ASBN.

Please let me know when oracle is planning to migrate Inspire Brands to the REDWOOD for Supplier portal application. Is the above requirement easily achievable in Redwood?
