Using Best Fit in Talent Pool and AI Best Match in Succession Plan

We are testing Redwood pages for Talent management (talent pool and succession plans) and we are wondering if it makes sense to use both best-fit in Talent pool and AI best successors in Succession planning at the same time?

Do you have any concrete examples of the use you have chosen for your customers?
