How to make "View Results" option available for each Assessment?

Summary:

Hi Team,

Current Behavior: In our current System Assessments when initiated, there appears one "View Results" button which shows the scores for all the assessments initiated.

Expectations: Do we have any functionality, wherein when multiple assessments are initiated we get that many "View Results" option to view each one of those assessments explicitly in the system to view the report explicitly for each assessment initiated.

Report Feasibility: Please help us with this feasibility, if the report can be retrieved in BI publisher for each of these assessments initiated with the rating of each component under it. Please help us with those table names if there is any to retrieve those.
