Vanity Url not working

We have done all the necessary configuration in Oracle for Vanity Url for e.g. Profile options, adding the url. When we click in Vanity url the browser is not loading the page. Oracle has suggested to load the HTML file but as per the client, this set up is not required for them to perform.

As per the client set up, they are using traffic managers to manage the traffic and not hosting any content on their server. They are just redirecting the traffic to Oracle Career Site.
