End date is not getting update in talent rating while upload the HDL
Summary:
Last year the customer uploaded Behavioral rating without end date into talent ratings, so the latest rating is showing in the current rating section. Now they wanted to update the end date using the same source system id used so the record can move into previous year section. When we upload the HDL with the same source system ID used, The system created one entry with same source system ID instead of updating the old record with same ID, Due to this we are not able to upload any data. If we upload the same file again with different rating
