when will be transaction account builder error occur in the function adxx_po_xla_tab_grp.run

We are trying to submit a purchase requisition and encounter the below error and the charge account is not generated. Can someone let us know urgently when this error comes and what can be resolution.

Charge account can't be generated for distribution 1. (POR-2010280) Cause The Transaction Account Builder object resulted in error. An error occurred in the function adxx_po_xla_tab_grp.run. Action Contact your Procurement application administrator.
