How do you default locator for items used in maintenance work order

Summary:

We have maintenance items in MP subinventory that is locator enabled and items could be in various locators.

During Corrective work order creation, because MP subinventory is locator controlled, and user needs to provide a Supply locator. How can we default the supply locator so user doesn't need to search and go through thousands of locators each time? We have item transaction default created but it doesn't seem like transaction transaction default can be used in maintenance work order.
