Two pages with one name (one Responsive UI & other one is RW)

Summary:

Hi,
We have observed the behavior that now allows us to see two pages with the same name.
Ex: Add absence, contact information, family and emergency contacts, and more.

One is an existing responsive page, and the other is a newly enabled RW page. I am currently checking on this.
I will keep the issue log updated.
