Reporting on completed action plan actions

Hi,
Our client wants to be able to report on when action plan actions are marked as complete, this is to ensure Next Gen Agents/ Case Workers/ Managers are completing the tasks by their due dates. I have taken a look at the following Subject Areas and cannot find the actual completion date for an action just the expected completion dates and the status of the Action for case management but in HR Help Desk it seems we can only report on the completion of the plan rather than individual actions. Is there another subject area that I should look at?
