what is the maximum number of notifications that can be sent to candidates at once in ORC

We would like to know the maximum number of candidates that can be sent an automated notification at once within ORC.

We will potentially have hundreds of candidates automatically move into a certain state which will trigger an automated rejection email. We want to understand if there is a limit of how many notifications can be sent at once.
