How to we compare two fields in workflows with percentage increase or decrease

Summary: We have a requirement where we have Salary DFF on the Offer Additional Info Page which needs to be checked with Salary Amount on the Salary Section of the offer page and create an approval rule which says if the DFF changes with an increase/decrease of 15% then it should go for approval.
