24C Update - Decommission for Impersonating a Partner User Functionality

Starting with 24C, the Partner Relationship Management Impersonation functionality will not be available anymore. The feature will be decommissioned due to security related concerns like letting one to access someone's else sensitive data, so there will be no alternative for this functionality going forward.
