Want to know tables that store PO and Agreement Change Order history details.

I am working on report where i need to show count of Change Orders created per day for POs and BPAs. I have verified PO_VERSIONS and PO_HEADERS_ARCHIVE_ALL tables and they are not covering all change orders. Please advice.

PO_VERSIONS has only Change Orders which resulted into a Revision change.
PO_HEADERS_ARCHIVE_ALL is not showing all Change Orders i can see difference or jump in 'FROM_CO_SEQ' column for POs.

I can see OTBI Subject Area# "Purchase Order Implemented Change Orders Header Detail" covering all the Change orders. But i want to know the tables, so that i can create BIP report.
