Can the Negotiated Required checkbox be renamed in RSSP?

Hi,

I see in Redwood/Responsive SSP, Create Noncatalog Request, an option to enable the Negotiation Required flag checkbox.

• Can it be renamed to something else such as, Buyer Review Required? If yes, please tell us how.
• Can it be made a mandatory field? If yes, please tell how.
