Unclear Capacity calculation behavior
Summary:
I would like to know if the following query is the expected behavior for Capacity.
If there are tasks in the bucket that no technician can do because they don't have the skills required, does it block capacity in other capacity areas, even if there are technicians available there?
Example scenario:
In the bucket, I have: Expansion Activity - Florida South Zone - duration 4 hours - in the 9 to 13 timeslot- without available technician.
I want to schedule a Repair- Soriano Zone- duration 60 minutes- in the 9 a 13 timeslot .I have 1 technician available all day with the required skills.
I check Capacity but it doesn't show availability for the Repair in the morning. If I remove the expansion activity from the bucket, it enables capacity for the repair, which is very puzzling.
