Summary: Not able members from talent pool in succession plans


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Hi all, when creating a succession plan, and trying to add members from a talent pool, I am not able to see any talent pool. When I try to search, it says no results.

Could somebody please help.Would like to add that the employee who is trying to create a succession plan and trying to add the members from the pool is the owner of the talent pool.
