Unable to see some seeded fields in VB Studio

Summary:

We are on 24A and have enabled Redwood layout for Personal Details page, but while trying to customize the page using VB Studio, we cannot see some seeded fields like National ID Type and DFF Fields available under Business Rules with VB Studio Express mode.
