Is it possible to find the Purchase Requisition (PR) based on projects in the approvers User account

Summary:

The business wants to see the requisition and the status (Approved, rejected) based on the project filter and approver person further to see the relevant requisition data in dashboard format

we are unable to find the standard Procurement Reports and Analyses for the business requirement

please suggest any analytics/dashboard/report which provides below data

Requisition by project
Requisition by project with approver details
How many requisition in approved /rejected filtered by project based
