You aren't assigned to a business unit that supports requisitioning

Summary:

I am attempting to perform testing on the upcoming Responsive Self Service Procurement BUT I am getting the 'You aren't assigned to a business unit that supports requisitioning' when I attempt to access that tile.

I have enabled it (shows a new tile called 'Purchase Requisitions New') and I have added advised privileges / duty roles to customised roles we already have set up for those that raise purchase requisitions. We only use 1 x business unit and I have ensured that the customised roles all have the Business Unit Data Access assigned to them. I can confirm that I have checked the Business Unit settings and Requisitions is enabled. It obviously is as we have been using Requisitions within the 1 x business unit we have for years.
