Responsive Self Service procurement- not seeing the purchase requisition (new)

Hi - I tried all the setups like adding privileges (Duty roles), enabling the profile options, and running all the required jobs but still unable to get Purchase requisition (new) under procurement. If possible, can someone please share the setup or reference document?

Currently, the version of the instance is 24A.
