24B: Create survey in auto enabled under MSS in oracle HCM-Journey issue

Hi Team,

We have observed that "Create Survey" is auto-enabled under My Team in 24B pods and not available in 24A pod.

Navigation: My Team—>Select Report—>Actions

Just wanted to check if this is experienced by anyone here and the solution to this.
