Custom Field for Phone #
I have added a "Phone Number" custom field (incident) for our chat_launch page. I would like it to only accept numbers, not text. At this time, it is set to a Text Field as the Data Type due to the numerical value restriction of 2,147,483,647 for the Integer option.
Is there any way around this? Can I change the numerical value restriction to be something much greater to take into consideration phone numbers?
Also, is there a Customer Field option that will only accept text and no numbers? Any workarounds for this?
