We have the following scenario:

LEDGER CURRENCIES: NIU

Our client needs the Expense Policies Rates amounts to evaluate the Expense Report policies to be in USD (Currency other than the ledger currency) and the system evaluates whether the policy is violated or not at the daily exchange rate.

Example:

Expense Miscellaneous policies per day: 200 USD
Item Introduced in Expense Report: 9,000 NIO
Daily exchange rate NIO -> USD = 36.00
Total Item NIO converted to USD = 250 USD --> As the policy exceeds the limits (Expense Miscel policies) the Warning or Error should appear.
