Can You Extract Employee Payroll Tax Rate Information (Vertex or Payroll) For a Vendor Interface?

Summary:

I am working on an Oracle extract to send our eligible employees' Long-Term Incentive Plan (LTIP) information to our vendor, Fidelity. They need us to provide Tax Rate information for all tax categories for each US employee (Federal, Social Security, Medicare, State, Local City, etc.).

Is there a way to access each employee's Vertex tax rates and tax codes? Are these details stored anywhere in the employee's record after each payroll run?

Any help or direction on this would be greatly appreciated.
