Can we configure Print Receivables Transactions so it DOES NOT include any attachments?

Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information):

We can't utilize Oracle's delivered process of Print Receivables Transactions because the emails do not get sent encrypted, and some of our invoice attachments contain PHI or PII. We are not wondering if we can configure something so that ONLY the invoice is emailed to customer and NO pdf attachments get attached.
