Unable to view Total Compensation Statement pdf

Summary:

Hello,

I am creating total compensation statements and I generated it for me and an other employee, I am able to download and view my statement but other employee is not able to view his atatement after downloading it, they see the following error.


The other employee has a dropdown on View Printable Statement when I search him in My client Groups< Total Compensation Statement, but when I search myself, I dont see a drop down under my Total Comp statement. Can anyone help with this issue.
