Journey tot allocated after movingcandidate to HR

Hi All,

We have created Enterprise onboarding checklist with action name Add Pending Worker.

When we create offer, we need to give candidates proposed start date, if that date is future date, checklist are assigned to pending workers with status deferred.

Our requirement is that checklist should be assigned to pending workers immeditly after performing Move to HR action, which is when they become pending workers.

Any idea how can we achieve this?
